Sheikh Hassan Enany was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, into a family well-known for its significant contributions to the development of the Kingdom and its national growth, a commitment Sheikh Hassan Enany and his family continue to uphold in their personal and business ventures today.

His father, Sheikh Mohammed Khalil Enany, was Deputy Minister of Finance and served the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for many years. Sheikh Hassan Enany studied economics and Political Science at Cairo University, Egypt, and on graduating, followed his father into politics. He began his career as a Diplomat in 1965 in Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, gaining recognition for his outstanding service to his country. In 1968, he transferred to the Embassy in London where he stayed until 1974.


Amr H. Enany is Sheikh Hassan Enany’s son and the Vice Chairman of the Enany Group Holding Company.

He is also Vice Chairman of First Arabian Marketing Co. (FAMCO), First Arabian Services Co. (FASCO), Sabil Management Solutions, Al Enany Machinery Co Ltd, Al Manara Construction Co. Ltd, Vice Chairman and MD of Al Riyadh Co. for Maintenance & Operation and sits on the board of many of the Enany Group of companies.

Amr H. Enany has a MBA from Stanford University, a MA in Political Science from Stanford University and BSc in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.


Essam H. Enany is Sheikh Hassan Enany’s son.

Essam has been an active business leader for the Group since 1993. Since 2000, he has helped lead the Group’s IT, private equity and alternative investment/asset management businesses. Essam served as president of SAP Arabia until 2008. As a Group principal and a member of the Group’s Real Estate, Industrial and Private Equity Investment Committees, Essam sits on the board of directors of a number of Group companies and oversees various corporate activities and transactions, including divestitures and acquisitions.

Essam received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) (1994) in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, Los Angeles, California, USA.


Fahad H Enany is Shiekh Hassan Enany’s son. He is also President of First Arabian Services Co (FASCO), CEO of Mail2World Inc, Vice President of Sabil Management Solutions and CEO of Penguin Holdings.

He has been an active member if the Group business since 1995. Since 2000, he has been involved in the Group’s real estate, industrial and IT ventures. As Principle and a member of the Group’s private equity investment committee, he sits on the Board of Directors overseeing private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Richard B. Marrin is General Counsel for the Enany Group

Richard joined the Enany Group of Companies as General Counsel in July of 2002. His primary responsibility is to provide strategic legal and business advice to the Group’s principles, directors and management across a spectrum of investments and issues, including disputes and litigation. He is involved in the Group’s corporate and commercial development and operations, and assumes a significant role in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial transactions, as well as supervising outside counsel and professional service providers in the execution and management of private equity transactions and other investments across a range of jurisdictions. Richard also contributes to the Group-wide understanding and management of its potential global enterprise legal, financial, operational and market risk, with focus on both understanding and preventing the negative effects of events and, where possible, creating opportunity and value from them.

Richard graduated from Fordham College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts and Fordham University School of Law in 1996 with a Juris Doctorate. He is a member in good standing with the state and federal bars of New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the Enany Group of Companies, Richard was associated with top-tier AV rated New York City-based law firms.
